We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return and send it back.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging. Please note that the cost of returning the item to our warehouse in Asia is the responsibility of the customer, as are any customs or import duties.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the parcel and where to send it. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it quickly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of bras and underwear, regardless of whether they have been tried on or used.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund process

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method, excluding the initial shipping costs. Please note that the initial purchase price already included shipping costs. Please also note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.

In the event of a dispute between the customer and the company regarding our products/services, the costs of resolving the dispute will be shared equally between the two parties, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
