Processing times

Once your order has been accepted, its quality is checked and the package is packed. All orders are shipped within 1-3 working days of receipt of the order. Processing time is one working day, but if the order is placed on Friday evening or at the weekend, it may take slightly longer.

Delivery times

Delivery times are generally between 5 and 12 working days.

Cancelling an order

Once your order has been placed, it is immediately prepared for shipment by our automated systems. Therefore, unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed. If you have any concerns about the product you have received, we offer a simple returns process. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
